Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Kacper Góralczyk, contact: kontakt@optilauncher.com. Sales are conducted as an unregistered business activity under Polish law.

2. What we collect

When you buy: your email address and payment data (processed by Stripe - we never see your full card number). When you use the app: license code, a computer identifier (a hash derived from the Windows identifier, containing no personal data) and the date of the last license check. If you connect Discord: your Discord ID and username. When you message us from the app: nickname, message text, app version. Technically: IP address - only for abuse protection (rate limits).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Fulfilling your order, issuing and managing the license, app updates and support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - contract). Accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) - legal obligation). Fraud and abuse prevention and assigning Discord server roles after you connect your account (Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interest).

4. Who receives data

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), Cloudflare, Inc. (shop and license server), Discord Inc. (only if you connect your account or message us from the app), the email provider (sending your code, if enabled). Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the USA) under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

5. How long we keep data

License data - for the duration of the license and up to 5 years afterwards (accounting requirements). Payment data - as required by tax law. Discord connection - until you disconnect it. Rate-limit data (IP) - up to 1 hour.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: uodo.gov.pl). To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@optilauncher.com.

7. Cookies

The site only stores essential cookies: your language choice and the seller panel login session. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The hardware scan on the site runs only in your browser - results are never sent anywhere.

8. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only the seller has access to the data; the Discord Support role only sees shortened license codes. Payment data is stored by Stripe in line with PCI DSS.
