OptiLauncher license terms of sale

1. Seller

The seller is Kacper Góralczyk, contact: kontakt@optilauncher.com. Sales are conducted as an unregistered business activity under Polish law.

2. Subject of sale

The subject of sale is a license to use OptiLauncher on one computer, delivered as an access code. Monthly and yearly licenses renew automatically until cancelled. A lifetime license has no time limit for as long as the software is developed and made available. The AnyDesk package additionally includes one remote session of up to 1.5 hours at an agreed time.

3. Requirements

Windows 10 or 11, administrator rights, internet access for activation and updates. The app's interface is currently in Polish.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in Polish zloty or euro and are final. The access code is issued automatically once payment is confirmed.

5. Withdrawal

A consumer buyer consents to the delivery of digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. A subscription can be cancelled at any time - the license stays active until the end of the paid period.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to kontakt@optilauncher.com or via the form in the app. We reply within 14 days.

7. Liability

The software changes system settings and saves a copy of the previous state before every change, which can be restored. The buyer uses the software at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.

8. Personal data

The seller processes the email address, computer identifier and payment data provided by Stripe solely to fulfil the order and manage the license. Details: Privacy policy.
